How to order

1. Choose "Request by e-mail" on a product — part number, quantity and price are already written in. Several products? Add them to the same e-mail.
2. Fill in company, contact, delivery address and, if you have one, your VAT number, then send it.
3. We confirm price, lead time and shipping by e-mail. Only then is the order binding.

Shipping and tax outside Germany

We ship from Germany. For businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number we invoice without VAT as an intra-Community supply, and you account for the tax in your own country under the reverse charge. To Great Britain the goods leave the EU: we invoice without German VAT, and UK import VAT and any duty fall due on import and are payable by you, not by us. Shipping costs come with the confirmation — they are not in the prices here because they depend on the destination and the weight. For a single tablet and reader, buying locally is often cheaper than shipping, and we will say so if that is the case.

Worth knowing

• Devices arrive unpaired and with no personal data: pairing happens at your site with the code from Settings → Terminals.
• Number lists contain card numbers only, never names.
• Readers behave like a keyboard: they type the number and press Enter. No drivers to install.
• If your staff are represented, installing a clocking terminal and card readers is something to consult on before you buy, not after.

Questions we get

Do we have to buy hardware from you?

No. Any tablet or computer with a current browser becomes the time clock, and any USB reader that types the card number like a keyboard will do. What is listed here are devices we have tested and can describe precisely.

Can I order as a private individual?

No. Accessories are sold to businesses only, and every price is indicative and excludes VAT.

When does my order become binding?

When we confirm price and lead time by e-mail. Shipping costs come with that same confirmation.

Why are the specifications in German?

Because we would rather not machine-translate a technical promise. Each item here carries a hand-written line about what it is for; the manufacturer’s figures — ingress protection, warranty, frequencies — sit in the German sheet as the manufacturer states them. If you need a specific figure in English, ask and you will get it in writing.

Do you ship to the UK?

Yes, as an export from the EU. Expect import VAT and possibly duty on arrival, payable by you. For one tablet and one reader that often costs more than buying the same devices locally — say what you need and we will tell you honestly which is cheaper.
