Everything irot Time does
One program for clocking, working time records, annual leave and rotas. What most of this market sells as three separately priced products is here in the base plan.
Clocking in
- A tablet by the door. It works as a time clock: people clock in with a PIN or a card, and cards keep working when the internet does not. Big on-screen keypad, built for gloved hands.
- A phone. The app goes on the home screen without an app store and without anyone creating an account anywhere.
- A computer. For desk work, one button in the browser.
- Twelve languages. Each person sees their own when they clock in: English, Spanish, German, Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Turkish, Arabic and four more.
- QR pairing to add a new device without typing a password in front of a queue.
The record
- Hours, breaks, overtime and balance, worked out as people clock and visible to them and to their manager.
- A break prompt before somebody misses their rest break, not a breach report the following month.
- A monthly PDF to sign, and a full export for whoever asks to see the records.
- Correction requests with approval and an audit log: who changed what, when and why.
- Month-end close: once a month is closed, it cannot be quietly rewritten.
Leave and absence
- Requested on a phone, approved with one tap, with the remaining days updated straight away.
- A team calendar, so next week's gaps are visible now.
- Sickness, special leave and public holidays, with the local holiday calendar loaded.
- Balances carried over from your old system, so day one already adds up.
Rotas, projects, payroll and flexitime
Four modules you add only if you need them, from €5 a month:
- Rotas: an automatic draft that already respects leave, the minimum rest period and your staffing levels, plus shift swaps between colleagues. How it works.
- Projects and sites: hours land on the right job as people clock in, with planned against actual and a CSV for invoicing.
- Payroll: a file for your accountant with night, Sunday and public-holiday premiums already calculated.
- Flexitime: hour accounts with a daily corridor, rounding rules and the six-month average, set to your own agreement.
If you want all of them, the complete plan is cheaper: €25 up to 5 employees, €85 up to 30.
AI assistant
Plain questions about your own numbers — "who built up the most overtime last month?" — and a monthly summary for management. Pseudonymised by default and never health data. It stays off until you switch it on, and it is included for the first 30 days.

Is there anything to install?
No. It runs in the browser, and the phone app is added to the home screen without going near an app store. The tablet by the door is set up once and then left alone.
Can we try it with our own data?
Yes, and that is what we recommend. Bring your people in from a spreadsheet, from your current system or straight from payslips, and you will be working with real data in under half an hour.
What happens when someone forgets to clock in?
They ask for it themselves: a correction request with a reason, which the approver sees next to the original. Every change lands in the audit log with who, when and what. Nobody rewrites an hour without leaving a trace.
