Payroll export: the month leaves as one file
The week before payroll is where time tracking either pays for itself or does not. Either the hours are already right and the premiums are already worked out, or somebody spends two days in a spreadsheet.
What comes out
- Hours per person per period, split into ordinary, overtime and premium hours.

Being straight about this: several vendors in this market name specific payroll integrations — Xero, MYOB, Sage 50, QuickBooks — that we do not have. If one of those is your payroll, the CSV will work but it will not be one click. The full comparison.
Why month close matters more than the file format
The export is only worth as much as the figures behind it. Closing the month freezes them: after close, nothing changes silently, and a genuine correction appears as a correction with its own record. That is what stops the conversation where payroll and the office have two different numbers and neither can say when they diverged.

Which payroll systems do you export to?
The German DATEV and LODAS formats are built in, because that is where the product started. Everywhere else it is open CSV with the columns you define, which is what most payroll bureaux ask for. If you need a named integration, tell us which one — we would rather build the one our customers actually use than twenty nobody does.
What is in the file?

Can it go automatically every month?
Yes. Close the month and the file goes to your accountant on the day you choose, with the figures frozen at close so nobody is reconciling against a moving target.
What if we correct something after the export?
A closed month cannot be quietly edited. A correction after close is a visible correction with its own trail, which is what your accountant needs in order to trust the next file.
