Questions we get
Do we pay per employee?
No. The price follows the size bracket of the company. Inside a bracket a new hire costs nothing extra — the opposite of most of the market, where every hire raises the bill and every module with it.
What is in the base plan?
Everything the working-time rules ask for and more: clocking on tablet, phone and computer, break and rest-period checks, leave and absences with approval, a team calendar, a monthly PDF record, full data export and a change log.
Is it really free for up to 3 employees?
Yes — no deadline, no payment details, every feature including the payroll export. Only the AI assistant is a separate module, and for the first 30 days that is included too. What is limited is company size, not features.
What happens with the fourth employee?
You need a licence. Only adding more people is blocked: everything recorded stays readable and exportable, and clocking keeps working. Your records belong to you.
Can we cancel monthly?
Yes, the subscription and each module separately. Cancel a module and the data it produced stays readable.
What if it does not fit?
You get your money back within 60 days, no questions asked — an e-mail to time@irot.com is enough.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes, rented or as a one-off purchase. Then your data never leaves your building.
