The program and the price
Is it really free for up to 3 employees?
Yes: no deadline, no payment details, and every feature except the AI assistant, which is also included for the first 30 days. What is limited is company size, not features.
What happens when we hire a fourth?
You need a licence. Only adding more people is blocked: everything recorded stays visible and exportable, and clocking keeps working. Your records are yours whatever happens.
How long does it take to get going?
The installation, a minute. Getting your employees in with their balances, under half an hour if you have a spreadsheet or a payslip to hand. Putting up the tablet, ten minutes.
Can we bring data across from our current system?
Yes, and it is the part we have put the most work into. The importer recognises the exports of the usual systems, and where yours is not one of them it will make sense of any spreadsheet with names and columns. It can also read the basic details straight from payslips, on your own computer, without them going anywhere.
Does everyone need a smartphone?
No. A tablet by the door works as a time clock with a PIN or a card, and cards work even with no connection. Anyone with a phone can clock in from it without installing anything from a store.
Which languages do our staff see?
Twelve, including English, Spanish, German, Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Turkish and Arabic. Each person sees their own as they identify themselves, on the terminal and on the phone.
Does it work with our payroll?
The payroll module produces a file with night, Sunday and public-holiday premiums already calculated, and can send it on automatically each month. The German DATEV and LODAS formats are built in; elsewhere it exports open CSV, which is what most payroll bureaux ask for. If you need a named integration, tell us which one.
Can we cancel monthly?
Yes, the subscription and each module separately. Cancel a module and the data it produced stays readable. And within the first 60 days you get your money back without explaining yourself.
Where is our data?
On servers in Germany under GDPR, in your own database separate from every other customer, or on your own server if you prefer. More detail.
Do you use fingerprints or facial recognition?
No, and that is deliberate. The ICO has taken enforcement action over biometric clocking in the UK, and we would rather not hand our customers that problem. PIN and card solve the same job without collecting biometric data. The detail is here.

Thirty days with everything included, AI assistant and all, no card and no automatic renewal. When the trial ends, companies with up to 3 employees simply keep working for free. And within the first 60 days you get your money back if it does not fit.
