The demo
An open installation with an example company in it — its employees, its rota and its hours already loaded. You can clock in, approve holiday, move a shift and look at the monthly record.

It is a public, shared installation: whatever you type there can be seen by the next person who opens it. Do not put anyone's real data in.
Your own installation, in about a minute
E-mail, password, done: you get your own address, with your company in it and nobody else's. Thirty days with everything included, AI assistant and all, no card and no automatic renewal. When it ends, companies with up to 3 employees keep working for free.
Getting to your own data in half an hour
- Bring your people in. From a spreadsheet, from your current system or from payslips. The importer recognises the exports of the usual systems and lets you fix whatever it gets wrong.
- Bring the balances. Remaining holiday and the hours balance come in as a carry-over entry, so day one already matches what you had before.
- Put up the terminal. A tablet by the door, PIN or card, and your team can clock in.
If something sticks, write to time@irot.com and we will look at it with you. Importing is free — we do not bill it as "onboarding", unlike a good part of this market.
